CRANKSHAFT GEAR

Sintered aluminium bearings (bi-metal) offer higher fatigue strength, better corrosion resistance, and better wear characteristics against steel crankshafts, but are less conformable to misalignments, making them ideal for higher loads but sensitive to crankshaft defects.
