All items that are supplied correctly must be returned carriage paid.
You must inform us before you return an item and let us know if you would like a refund or exchange. Returns are sent at your own expense. If for any reason you would like to cancel your order it should be done by e-mail before the goods are dispatched.
If you need to cancel an order please let our sales team know as soon as possible. After an order has been dispatched it is not possible to cancel the delivery with our carriers. Please do not refuse to accept a delivery as a way of cancellation. If delivery of an order is refused the goods will be returned to us by our carriers. A charge is still incurred for this return which will be deducted, plus handling charges, from any refund amount.
Orders will not be processed until your payment has been received in full. We accept all major credit/debit cards and bank transfer.
